The present invention discloses a fermented
hippophae rhamnoides tea preparation method, which comprises: (1) picking ripe
hippophae rhamnoides leaves, wherein
hippophae rhamnoides leaves having a non-
sprouting state are picked; (2) washing the leaves, wherein mud sand on the leaves is removed with clear
water rinsing, and
air drying is performed until no obvious water mark exists on the leaf surface; (3) carrying out
enzyme deactivating, wherein the
hippophae rhamnoides leaves are placed into an
enzyme deactivating
machine, and flipping is performed so as to complete the
enzyme deactivating; (4) kneading, wherein the leaf surface is broken through the kneading of a wrapping-twisting
machine, the temperature is maintained at about 30-40 DEG C, a small amount of chrysanthemum,
milkvetch root,
semen cassiae and
cynanchum otophyllum are subjected to washing,
air drying and crushing, and the obtained crushed materials and the kneaded
hippophae rhamnoides leaves are uniformly mixed; (5) introducing mold and
yeast, wherein the mixed leaves are spread and placed indoor so as to achieve the introduction of the mold and the
yeast; (6) carrying out low temperature
fermentation, wherein the temperature is 35-37 DEG C, the time is lasted for 48-60 h, and the ventilation airing is performed 3-5 times; and (7)
drying-sterilizing, wherein the leaves completing the fermenting is dried with hot air to kill live
bacteria so as to obtain the tea leaves. According to the present invention, the
hippophae rhamnoides leaf tea obtained by carrying out compound
fermentation on the hippophae rhamnoides leaf and a variety of medicinal ingredients is infused with boiling water, and can effectively prevent high
blood pressure.
