activated carbon preparation, and particularly relates to a method for preparing
activated carbon by taking
camellia oleifera shells as raw materials through a
microwave chemical
activation method. The method comprises the following steps of: 1, taking
camellia oleifera fruits, and naturally airing, wherein after the first ten days of October, when the
oil content of the tea oil fruits reaches the highest peak, the tea oil fruits are in a complete mature period, peel and fuzz of the tea oil fruits naturally fall off and begin to become smooth andbright through
naked eye observation, and the tea oil fruits are collected after 10% of cracks and then placed in a ventilated place to be naturally aired till the
water content is reduced to 10% orbelow; 2, shelling the
camellia oleifera fruits, taking waste fruit shells, washing with water to remove impurities,
drying, taking seeds from the dried camellia oleifera fruits, and collecting the
waste gas fruit shells. According to the invention, the design is reasonable, and the prepared
activated carbon has the advantages of large specific surface area, high total pore volume, developed finepore structure, high adsorption speed, high adsorption capacity and the like; and the waste camellia oleifera shells are used as raw materials to prepare the activated carbon, so that the source of raw materials for producing the activated carbon is expanded, the production cost is reduced, the raw materials are simple and easily available, and resource recycling is realized.
