Provided is a method for rapidly synthesizing a silicoaluminophosphate SAPO-34 molecular sieve, wherein triethylamine and / or diethylamine are / is used as templating agents, an organic amine accelerator is added to the initial gel for synthesis at the same time, and the gel mixture is optionally subjected to aging treatment. The method could give SAPO-34 molecular sieves with high crystallization degree in a relative short crystallization period. The SAPO-34 molecular sieve catalysts synthesized by the method can be used in the MTO or DTO reaction, the selectivity of C2~C3 olefins in the product could be up to about 90%.

Method of synthesizing IM-5 molecular sieve by using composite template

The invention provides a method of synthesizing IM-5 molecular sieve by using a composite template. The method comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving an inorganic base, an aluminum source and two templates in deionized water and carrying out uniform mixing so as to prepare a mixed solution; (2) adding a silicon source into the mixed solution obtained in step (1), optionally adding an additive and carrying out uniform mixing so as to prepare colloid or a solid-liquid mixture; (3) transferring the colloid or the solid-liquid mixture obtained in step (2) to a crystallization kettle, carrying out hydrothermal crystallization at a temperature of 120 to 200 DEG C for 1 to 10 d, carrying out cooling after crystallization and rinsing, filtering and drying the obtained mixed liquor so as to obtain raw powder of the IM-5 molecular sieve. A mole ratio of reactants satisfies the equation of SiO2: Al2O3: M2O: R1: R2: H2O = 60: 0.4-6: 6-21: 0.6-18: 0.6-12: 300-1800, wherein M2O is an alkali metal oxide, R1 is a first template, and R2 is a second template. The method provided in the invention widens the range of mixing ratios of raw materials, improves yield of a single kettle and enables time for crystallization to be further shortened and enlarged production to be easier.

Preparation method for mordenite with high Si/Al ratio and small crystal particle

The invention discloses a preparation method for mordenite with a high Si / Al ratio and a small crystal particle, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, dissolving an Al source in sodium oxide solution; after an Si source is added, stirring and dispersing for certain time at room temperature and under strong magnetic force; mixing the Al source solution and the Si source solution which are evenly dispersed into glue at the room temperature; adding inorganic lamellar precursors, such as lamellar zeolite molecular sieves, lamellar silicate and the like to serve as seed crystal; after mixture is stirred and mixed evenly at the room temperature and under the strong magnetic force, transferring into a reaction crystallization kettle; at the temperature of 150-170DEG C, carrying out crystallization reaction for 0.5-3 days; and obtaining a solid product after common suction filtration, washing and drying. The synthesis method disclosed by the invention has the characteristics that expensive organic amine template is not used as structure-directing agent, and instead, the easily-obtained inorganic lamellar precursors with abundant source and low price are used as the seed crystal to directly synthesize a mordenite molecular sieve with the high Si / Al ratio. The prepared nanometer mordenite molecular sieve has the advantages of high degree of crystallinity and purity, controllable particle size and morphology, low cost and small environment pollution, and is convenient for industrially producing on a large scale.

The invention relates to a preparation method of a molecular sieve, and provides a method for preparing ZSM-22 molecular sieve by using a seed crystal synthesis method. The method comprises the following steps of: uniformly mixing deionized water with aluminum sulfate; adding alkali sources into a mixture; adding tetraethoxysilane under stirring; continuously stirring until the solution is uniform to form silicon-aluminum gel; adding ZSM-22 molecular sieve crystal seed to stir; putting the mixture into a reaction kettle for crystallization reaction; and filtering and drying a product to obtain ZSM-22 molecular sieve raw powder. By using the preparation method, the application of organic template agent is eliminated, the crystallization time is shortened, the crystallization temperature is reduced, and the industrial application is facilitated; the product keeps good crystallization degree and purity and high catalytic reaction activity; the unnecessary loss during production is reduced; the product has a potential application value on some important catalytic reaction; and inorganic raw materials used in production is environmentally-friendly and low in cost.
