A medicine still has better antioxidant activity in the microemulsion and has better clearing effect on ABTS<+>.. Release rate of the apigenin in the microemulsion, accumulated release rate and antioxidant activity can be regulated and controlled by changing a mass ratio of a surfactant to oil (S / O) and water content.
