handle; the second form comprises a base, an upper die, a side die set,a movable die, a pouring cup, a plugging sliding block, a plugging sliding groove, a pressurizing oil cylinder, a positioning pin, a
handle and a rack; and the third form comprises a base, an upper die set, a side die set, a plurality of movable dies, a pouring cup, a plugging sliding block, a plugging sliding groove, a plurality of pressurizing oil cylinders, a rack and a
handle. According to the casting device and process, gravity casting and liquid
forging are organically combined together, the pressure on
liquid metal is increased through gravity casting equipment, so that the
liquid metal is solidified under the pressure, the inherent quality of castings is remarkably improved,
shrinkage porosity and shrinkage cavities are reduced, and the
mechanical property is improved; and the device is simple in structure, low in cost and high in casting molding speed, and the production efficiency is remarkably improved.
