The invention relates to the field of zinc-nickel alloy electroplating, and particularly discloses a zinc-nickel alloy electroplating process for a metal surface, which comprises the following steps: a pretreatment step: soaking a workpiece in a surface treatment liquid under a stirring condition, and then washing the pretreated workpiece with water; an activating step: placing the pretreated workpiece in an activating solution, standing, and fishing out to obtain an activated workpiece; an electroplating step: electroplating the activated workpiece in an electroplating solution, fishing out the workpiece, and repeatedly washing the electroplated workpiece to obtain an electroplated workpiece; a stabilizing step: placing the electroplated workpiece in a stabilizing agent, circularly and alternately reacting for three to five times in a vacuum heating and positive pressure heating mode, fishing out and carrying out ultrasonic water washing; and a finished product step, specifically, the workpiece cleaned in the stabilizing step is placed in a passivating agent to be passivated and washed with water, the workpiece is placed in a sealing agent after being cleaned, water washing is conducted again after standing is conducted, constant-temperature drying is conducted after cleaning is conducted, and the zinc-nickel alloy workpiece is obtained. And the prepared workpiece is good in circulating corrosion resistance and high in product quality.
