Belonging to the technical field of
food processing, the invention provides a production method for extracting active substances from beer
lees. The method comprises: 1. adding
ethanol into distiller dried
lees, with the
lees and the
ethanol being in a ratio of 1:3-1:10, controlling an ultrasonic time at 50-120min, and performing
centrifugation at a speed of 5000r / min so as to obtain a
pigment of the beer lees; 2. adding
ethanol and
sodium hydroxide solutions into the remaining
solid of the lees, with ethanol and the
sodium hydroxide being in a ratio of 1:1-1:5, and controlling the lees and the ethanol-
sodium hydroxide solution in a ratio of 1:40-1:80, conducting extraction for 60-120min, performing
centrifugation at a speed of 5000r / min, adjusting the pH to 4.7, carrying out
centrifugation at a speed of 5000r / min, thus obtaining
protein of the beer lees; and 3. adding a
sodium hydroxide solution into the remaining
solid of the lees, controlling the
solid of the lees and the
sodium hydroxide solution in a ratio of 1:15-1:20, conducting heating to a temperature of 50-80DEG C, then performing stirring and extraction, carrying out centrifugation at a speed of 5000r / min, thus obtaining the
dietary fiber of the beer lees. The method of the invention has the beneficial effects that: (1) integrated comprehensive utilization of beer lees is realized, specifically from
pigment extraction,
protein separation,
dietary fiber, and finally to feed application; and (2) the method is characterized by
environmental protection and energy saving, joint application of combined techniques, and mild technological conditions.
