The invention relates to a process and equipment for
flue gas
roasting, adsorption desulfurization, dust removal and purification by adopting a combination process.
Tar and dust in
flue gas are gathered by a spraying
tower having a cooling function and an electrical
tar precipitator, and
fluorine, SO2,
NOX, dust and harmful substances, such as
tar and dust which are not electrically gathered, in
flue gas are adsorbed by using
calcium hydroxide. The process disclosed by the invention has the advantages of simple process flow, small occupied area, low investment and low
energy consumption; the equipment for comprehensive adsorption desulfurization, dust removal and purification by adopting a set of electric
trapping dry process can be used for simultaneously removing multiple harmful substances from the
flue gas, thoroughly purifying the
flue gas at one step, and effectively overcoming the technical difficulty that multiple harmful substances in the
flue gas cannot be removed until multiple sets of purification equipment are simultaneously used; the harmful substances in the flue gas can be removed at a distinct
gradation and a high efficiency, and the emission concentration of the flue gas is superior to a national
emission standard.
