The invention discloses a method for preparing regenerated
pervious concrete, and belongs to the technical field of
building material preparation. The method comprises the following steps: taking waste concrete blocks as a
raw material, performing crushing, removing foreign matters, and
grinding to obtain recycled aggregate; preparing a solution from lauryl
sodium sulfate,
sodium gluconate and the like, mixing with the recycled aggregate, filtering,
drying filter dregs in air, preparing intensified recycled aggregate, mixing and
grinding waste
oyster shells,
coal ash, silica ash and the like to obtain a mixed
powder material, finally stirring the prepared mixed
powder material, the intensified recycled aggregate, ordinary
Portland cement and the like, further adding a polycarboxylate
superplasticizer and deionized water, mixing, and discharging, thereby obtaining the regenerated
pervious concrete. On premise that the
porosity and the pervious coefficient of the regenerated
pervious concrete are remarkably higher than those of common previous concrete, the compression strength of the regenerated pervious concrete is still higher than that of the common previous concrete, good
corrosion properties are achieved, and thus the service life of a previous concrete pavement is remarkably prolonged.
