The feed uses the medicine residue which is generated during the preparation process of the compound donkey-hide gelatin as the raw material, sugar, salt, flour, water and a fermentation microorganism agent are added into the medicine residue, and then the mixture is uniformly stirred and allowed to perform stacking fermentation. After the stacking fermentation, the mixture is spread out and dried out in air or baked at low temperature, so that the water content is reduced to 15%-25%, and finally the dry mixture is crushed and sealed, thereby obtaining the organic feed. The environmental pollution problem caused by discharge of medicine residues is solved, and the waste is changed into the high-energy feed.
