hydrogen peroxide purification process. The adsorption tank comprises a vertically-arranged tank body and is characterized in that a feeding port is formed in the bottom of the tank body, a discharging port is formed in the top of the tank body, multiple resin
bed layers are arranged in the tank body from top to bottom, the thickness of each resin
bed layer is smaller than or equal to 30 cm, and the spacing distance between every two adjacent resin
bed layers is larger than or equal to 5 cm. Under segmentation of the resin bed
layers,
heat transfer is promoted, and the heat accumulation process is slowed; meanwhile, through the
temperature and pressure monitoring measures, operating personnel can monitor the
temperature and pressure change conditions of all spaces in the
tower in real time and take related measures; due to the fact that the resin bed layers actually divide the
tower into multiple independent spaces, and the top and the bottom of the
tower are each provided with two rupture disks, the rupture disks act when the equipment pressure exceeds the limit, and therefore equipment damage can be prevented under the certain condition.
