Then, a medium made of a negative-type liquid crystalline compound sing a photopolymerizable monomer and a polymerization initiator is injected into the material layer held between the substrates. Further, ultra violet irradiation is performed with the medium exhibiting a liquid crystal phase, so that the photopolymerized monomer is polymerized, thus forming a polymer chain. In this manner, obtained is a display element, that causes change in degree of optical anisotropy in response to application of electric (external) field, which display element can be driven by a lower intensity electric (external) field.

Transparent, highly heat-resistant polyimide precursor and photosensitive polyimide composition thereof

The present invention relates to an aqueous alkali-developable photosensitive polyimide precursor resin composition that is appropriate for highly heat-resistant transparent protection layers and insulation layers for liquid crystal display devices. In more detail, the present invention relates to a negative-type photosensitive transparent polyimide precursor resin composition manufactured in two steps. The first step is the manufacture of a transparent linear polyamic acid (A) from (a-1) one or more kinds of tetracarboxylic acid dianhydrides selected from alicyclic tetracarboxylic acid dianhydrides having 3 to 30 carbon atoms; and (a-2) one or more kinds of diamines selected from aliphatic, alicyclic, or non-conjugated aromatic diamines, having 3 to 30 carbon atoms, having one or more ethylenically unsaturated bonds at side chains as essential components; and the second step is the manufacture of reactive transparent polyimide precursors shown in the following Chemical Formula 1 according to the esterification reaction of the above polyamic acid (A) with ethylenically unsaturated compound (B) containing an epoxy group in the same molecule as the main component. The photosensitive transparent polyimide precursor resin compositions according to the present invention have a superior photosensitivity, and thus, may be used for transparent protection layers and insulation layers of liquid crystal display devices having superior heat resistance, chemical resistance, mechanical strength, and electricity insulation.

The present invention provides an ink jet recording head forming method which can be improved in a discharging characteristic. The method includes at least the step of forming an ink flow path pattern on a substrate by a photodecomposable positive type resist resin, the step of once executing each of the steps of applying, exposing and baking thereon a nozzle-constituting resin layer which is a negative type resist containing an optical cation polymerization starting agent and having an epoxy resin as a chief component with respect to each of an ink flow path pattern and an ink discharge port pattern, the step of collectively developing unexposed portions on the respective nozzle-constituting resin layers, and the step of removing the formed photodecomposable resin. Therefore, a minute projection is formed at a location separate from the substrate surface side of the cross section of the ink discharge port and thus, the deviation of the flying direction of an ink droplet due to the asymmetry of the inner shape of the ink flow path is minimized.

The invention relates to a ligament-bone composite scaffold with a biomimetic connecting interface and a forming method thereof. The forming method comprises the following steps: firstly simulating a natural ligament-bone interface structure and utilizing a rapid forming technology to manufacture a resin negative type of a bone scaffold model with a fiber connecting structure; pouring a bone scaffold material solution into the resin negative type, and performing freeze-drying and high-temperature sintering to manufacture a bone scaffold with an internal communication pipeline and the fiber connecting structure; then primarily connecting ligament fiber with the fiber connecting structure of the bone scaffold, and fixing a die used for manufacturing of a biomimetic interface with a ligament-bone scaffold formed by primary connection; pouring the ligament material composite solution with the bone scaffold material in various changes of concentration into the interface of the ligament and the bone scaffold as secondary connection; and performing freeze-drying and removing the die, so as to obtain the ligament-bone composite scaffold with the biomimetic interface. According to the invention, the transmission of nutrients and metabolites is facilitated, the connecting strength of the ligament-bone composite scaffold is improved, and the ingrowth of cells after implantation is facilitated.

Inner-cooling water microcirculation slowly-releasing regulation and control method and its monitoring system

The invention discloses a method for slow released regulating and controlling internal cooling type of water microcirculation in large electrical generator as well as monitoring system. When PH value of internal cooling water in circulation system and electric conductivity are less than a certain value, the inlet and outlet valves of small mixing bed are started, making part of internal cooling water pass through a bypass circulation system go along a microcirculation. Thus alkaline matter in microscale slow released is carried in certain range. When PH value of internal cooling water in circulation system and electric conductivity reach a certain value, the inlet and outlet valves are closed. When said values are in certain value, the drainage valve and water compensation valve of demineralized water is opened till electric conductivity of internal cooling water is less than a certain value. The alkaline matter includes negative type of resin and positve type of resin. The monitoring system is composed of water quality monitor and control system, bypass circulation processing control system and water compensation pollution discharge controlling system. The invention can effectively prevent water quality of internal cooling water from deterioration, restrain copper conductor from corrupt. It can be used in large type of generator group in thermal power stations, nuclear powre station and hydroelectric power station.
