Then, a medium made of a negative-type liquid crystalline compound sing a photopolymerizable monomer and a polymerization initiator is injected into the material layer held between the substrates. Further, ultra violet irradiation is performed with the medium exhibiting a liquid crystal phase, so that the photopolymerized monomer is polymerized, thus forming a polymer chain. In this manner, obtained is a display element, that causes change in degree of optical anisotropy in response to application of electric (external) field, which display element can be driven by a lower intensity electric (external) field.

Then, alignment films, which have been subjected to rubbing treatment, are provided on the respective electrodes so that the alignment films covers the respective electrodes. Moreover, on the other one of the surfaces of each substrate, a polarizer is provided so that its absorption axial direction matches with a rubbing direction of the corresponding alignment film. The substrates face each other so that the rubbing directions of the alignment films respectively provided on the substrates cross each other perpendicularly. A medium having a negative type liquid crystalline property is sealed between the substrates so as to form a material layer. In this way, it is possible to improve contrast and to alleviate coloring phenomenon in a display element in which transmittance is changed by controlling orientational order of molecules.

The method includes a resist layer forming step for forming, on the substrate, a negative type resist layer with a thickness not less than a leakage depth of the near-field light, an exposure step for exposing the negative type resist layer with the near-field light, and a development step for developing the exposed negative type resist layer by use of a developing liquid to form a pattern in a region being shallower than the thickness of the negative type resist layer.

The present invention relates to an aqueous alkali-developable photosensitive polyimide precursor resin composition that is appropriate for highly heat-resistant transparent protection layers and insulation layers for liquid crystal display devices. In more detail, the present invention relates to a negative-type photosensitive transparent polyimide precursor resin composition manufactured in two steps. The first step is the manufacture of a transparent linear polyamic acid (A) from (a-1) one or more kinds of tetracarboxylic acid dianhydrides selected from alicyclic tetracarboxylic acid dianhydrides having 3 to 30 carbon atoms; and (a-2) one or more kinds of diamines selected from aliphatic, alicyclic, or non-conjugated aromatic diamines, having 3 to 30 carbon atoms, having one or more ethylenically unsaturated bonds at side chains as essential components; and the second step is the manufacture of reactive transparent polyimide precursors shown in the following Chemical Formula 1 according to the esterification reaction of the above polyamic acid (A) with ethylenically unsaturated compound (B) containing an epoxy group in the same molecule as the main component. The photosensitive transparent polyimide precursor resin compositions according to the present invention have a superior photosensitivity, and thus, may be used for transparent protection layers and insulation layers of liquid crystal display devices having superior heat resistance, chemical resistance, mechanical strength, and electricity insulation.

Developing a dynamic damper which comprising positive and negative type resistors connected in series becomes a fast switch with adaptation, attenuation and fast recovery system properties, is a crucial turnkey. For braking purpose, the most general configuration is to couple the fast switches to the stator and rotor coils in an AC alternator that is driven by the vehicle's wheels or propellers. After performing the dynamic impedance matching in this braking system, the EMABS effect and recycling of the regenerating energy on braking are accordingly obtained.

The method includes at least the step of forming an ink flow path pattern on a substrate by a photodecomposable positive type resist resin, the step of once executing each of the steps of applying, exposing and baking thereon a nozzle-constituting resin layer which is a negative type resist containing an optical cation polymerization starting agent and having an epoxy resin as a chief component with respect to each of an ink flow path pattern and an ink discharge port pattern, the step of collectively developing unexposed portions on the respective nozzle-constituting resin layers, and the step of removing the formed photodecomposable resin. Therefore, a minute projection is formed at a location separate from the substrate surface side of the cross section of the ink discharge port and thus, the deviation of the flying direction of an ink droplet due to the asymmetry of the inner shape of the ink flow path is minimized.

The defects that implants with complex shapes, precise sizes and uncontrollable microstructures cannot be produced with a traditional porous implant preparation method are overcome, structure nanosizing can be realized, and a new way for preparing the porous implant is expected to be developed.
