The invention relates to
liquid milk which is added with pumpkin and hawthorn, the
digestion and absorption of milk are facilitated, and the milk provides rich
nutrition and health-care components. The
plant pulp milk realizes the technical effects of maintaining better
nutrition components and taste, promoting the
digestion and absorption of milk and prolonging the service life of
starch. The product mainly comprises the
liquid milk, the pumpkin and the hawthorn, and the content of the three components in each
kilogram of the pumpkin and hawthorn milk is that:
liquid milk, 580g to 820g; pumpkin pulp (containing 20 percent to 60 percent of water), 80g to 400g; and hawthorn pulp (containing 20 percent to 60 percent of water), 50 to 280g. A preparation method comprises the steps that: the pumpkin and the hawthorn are respectively screened, cored, cleaned, softened, beaten, separated, filtered, deslagged, degassed mixed with the liquid milk and stirred, and then are packaged to prepare the product. Wherein, the
softening and beating procedures can better maintain the original form and taste of plants. Pumpkin and hawthorn can ensure balanced
nutrition and promote the absorption of the milk.
