The raw materials of the self-crossing emulsion adhesive comprise the following components in part by weight: 100-150 parts of de-ionized water, 0.8-3.0 parts of emulsifier, 20-40 parts of nuclear layer monomer, 30-50 parts of interlayer monomer, 20-40 parts of shell layer monomer, and 0.2-0.6 part of initiator. The invention uses a small amount of anionic emulsifier to prepare nuclear emulsion, uses polymerisable emulsifier to prepare interlayer and shell layer pre-emulsion, and adopts semi-continuous seeded low emulsion polymerization process to prepare emulsion particles that have a three-layer core-shell microstructure to obtain the exquisite and stable emulsion. The invention relates to a preparation method for amino-terminated hyperbranched polysiloxane modified waterborne polyurethane. The preparation method comprises the following steps: with 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (kh550) and trimethylchlorosilane (TMCS) as raw materials, subjecting 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (kh550) and trimethylchlorosilane (TMCS) to hydrolytic condensation so as to prepareamino-terminated hyperbranched polysiloxane (HPSi-NH2); and with the HPSi-NH2 as a cross-linking agent, allowing the HPSi-NH2 to react with a polyurethane prepolymer (PPU), carrying out branching andchain extension so as to prepare the amino-terminated hyperbranched polysiloxane modified waterborne polyurethane (HSiPU), and adding an end-capping agent during synthesis so as to control the degreeof the reaction at the same time. Thus, modified waterborne polyurethane has the performance advantages of traditional organosilicone waterborne polyurethane; meanwhile, phase separation of organosilicone modified waterborne polyurethane is reduced; mechanical properties and bonding performance of the product are increased; and an obtained emulsion has excellent comprehensive performance, and canbe used as a leather adhesive or a water-resistant coating.

The self-curable water-based solid adhesives of the present invention can be applied with good workability, have good fitting after attachment, have good adhesion to plastics, metals and glass and exhibit excellent heat resistance and water resistance after curing. They are highly safe to humans and the environment. They also have excellent shape retention and slidability and can be easily applied. In addition, they can bond adherends by contact bonding despite that they are water-based solid adhesives. Accordingly, the self-curable water-based solid adhesives of this invention are very useful as stick adhesives.
