The invention relates to a manufacturing method of a cadmium-free silver brazing material containing tin, silicon and mixed rare earth elements. The cadmium-free silver brazing material belongs to medium temperature brazing material, and its chemical composition is: copper: 28%-32%, zinc: 30% %~34%, tin: 0.5%~5%, silicon: 0.01%~1%, silver: 29%~41%, rare earth elements lanthanum and cerium: 0.001%~0.1%, the rest are impurities, and impurities are less than 0.01%. The melting temperature of the solder is 600° C. to 745° C. The medium frequency induction furnace is used for melting and pouring, and then the required solder is obtained by extrusion, drawing and molding. The solder completely removes the harmful element cadmium, meets the requirements of the EU RoHS directive, and eliminates environmental pollution. And it can completely replace silver brazing filler metals such as BAg50CuZnCd, BAg45CuZnCd and BAg45CuZn, used in conjunction with FB102 flux, and can be used for brazing copper and copper alloys, hard alloys, stainless steel pipe fittings and other workpieces. The brazing filler metal has the advantages of good wettability and fluidity, high mechanical strength of brazed joints, and good brazing process performance.
