The invention relates to a method for detecting complete blockage of an
air conditioning system. The method includes a, enabling an MCU (microprogrammed
control unit) to judge whether an air conditioner is in a refrigerating mode or a heating mode; b, judging whether the
air conditioning system is completely blocked or not according to the difference between the temperature of an indoor environment and the temperature of a coil of an indoor
heat exchanger, the difference between the temperature of a coil of an outdoor
heat exchanger and the temperature of an outdoor environment and a relation between the magnitude of real-time current and the magnitude of rated current corresponding to real-time frequency when the air conditioner is in the refrigerating mode and the
operating time is longer than or equal to set time; and c, judging whether the
air conditioning system is completely blocked or not according to the difference between the temperature of the coil of the indoor
heat exchanger and the temperature of the indoor environment, the difference between the temperature of the outdoor environment and the temperature of the coil of the outdoor heat exchanger and a relation between the magnitude of real-time current and the magnitude of rated current corresponding to real-time frequency when the air conditioner is in the heating mode and the
operating time is longer than or equal to set time. The method has the advantages that the problem of complete blockage of the air conditioning system can be timely and accurately judged, the intelligent degree of the air conditioner is effectively improved, and the problem of poor reliability caused when an existing air conditioner works in a faulty mode is prevented.
