The magnetic liquid drop dispersion and extraction method comprises the following steps: carrying out silylation hydrophobic modification on an extraction container; preparing magnetic particles coated with an extracting agent in the silylation extraction container; adding a crude oil sample solution into the silylation extraction container and carrying out vortex oscillation to disperse the magnetic particles coated with the extracting agent into the crude oil sample solution to formmagnetic liquid drops; extracting petroleum acid in a crude oil sample; after finishing extraction, taking out raffinate and discharging under the action of an additional magnet; adding a washing solvent into the silylation extraction container and carrying out the vortex oscillation; taking out washing liquid and discharging under the action of the additional magnet; adding a desorption solvent into the silylation extraction container and carrying out desorption; dissolving a liquid-state extracting agent dissolved with petroleum acid through a desorption solvent and removing the magnetic particles; taking out desorption liquid and collecting under the action of the additional magnet. The method provided by the invention is simple and rapid to operate, has less consumption of the solventsand can be used for treating various samples in batches.
