A wet type sample gas analyzing
system applicable to monitoring of
combustion conditions of
coal-fired kilns comprises a sampling probe, a sample preprocessing cabinet, an analyzing cabinet and the like. A jet pump for gas pumping, a gas-water separator, a dehumidifier, a filter, a
buffer tank and a water drainage tank are mounted in the sample preprocessing cabinet, a secondary filter, an electronic cooler, a secondary
buffer tank, a sample gas switching valve, a standard
gas cylinder, a
paper filter, a flow meter and a
gas analyzer are mounted in the analyzing cabinet, and the sample preprocessing cabinet and the analyzing cabinet are mounted in a
field analysis meter cabin. The
system is capable of effectively removing dust in the sample gas with
clean water and continuously acquiring
waste gas samples, analysis result curves are continuous without
breakpoint. Umbrella-shaped dust removal water mist sprayed by the probe can completely wash sample gas entering the
system to remove various harmful and corrosive substances irrelevant to
component analysis of O2, NO and CO in
waste gas generated by fuel
coal, and the wet type sample gas analyzing system used with the
field analysis meter cabin is convenient to use, long in service life, simple in structure, low in maintenance and low in cost.
