The invention relates to a magnetic bifunctional catalyst, a preparation method therefor and application of the magnetic bifunctional catalyst in a methanol catalyzed reaction and belongs to the technical field of magnetic bifunctional catalysts and fine chemical industry. According to the magnetic bifunctional catalyst, the surface of each magnetic Fe3O4 core is coated with a TiO2 shell layer with a mesoporous structure, and mesopore of each TiO2 shell layer are loaded with catalytic active components such as Pd, Au and Pd-Au. The method comprises the steps: preparing Fe3O4 cores with super paramagnetism; then, coating the surface of each magnetic Fe3O4 core with the TiO2 shell layer with the mesoporous structure by an ultrasonic-hydrothermal method in a manner of taking titanium sulfate, titanyl sulfate and the like as a titanium source and taking polyethylene glycol as a template agent, so as to prepare magnetic TiO2@Fe3O4 nanospheres; and finally, loading the catalytic active components such as Pd, Au and Pd-Au into the mesopore of each TiO2 shell layer. The magnetic bifunctional catalyst has very good methanol conversion ratio and overall selectivity of methylal and methyl formate, and the reacted catalyst can be separated and recovered by an external magnetic field.

The invention provides a flame-retardant PCABS composition. The material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass. The polycarbonate composition is prepared from, by weight,50%-80% of polycarbonate (PC), 5%-16% of terpolymer (ABS) of acrylonitrile (A)-butadiene (B)-styrene (S), 5%-10% of flexibilizer, 1%-5% of synergistic flame retardant, 0.1%-2% of synergistic flexibilizer, 3%-15% of flame retardant and 0.1%-2% of anti-dripping agent. According to the flame-retardant PCABS composition, through extrusion production of YBL-ABS, reduction of material performance can beeffectively avoided; the synergistic flame retardant and the phosphazene flame retardant are added, so that the toughness of the material is not influenced while the flame retardant property is improved, the rigidity is improved, and the physical property and the flame retardant property of the material are prevented from being degraded at high temperature and high humidity. The synergistic toughening agent can neutralize alkaline substances in the material, so that PC degradation caused by the alkaline substances at high temperature is avoided; in addition, the processing mode is simple, industrialization is easy to achieve, and the method can be widely applied to industries such as automobiles, refrigerators, televisions and new energy.

Hydrogen gas is introduced into the biomass coal oil slurry for reaction, so that coal and biomass are liquified at high pressure and high temperature; then, cracking and hydrogenation reaction are further performed, so that the conversion of coal and biomass into biological oil is realized. The process provided by the invention has the advantages that the coal and biomass conversion rate can reach 90 to 99 percent; the yield of the biological oil can reach 60 to 80 percent; the residue quantity is not higher than 2.5 weight percent.

Catalyst and method for preparing biodiesel by using catalyst

The invention discloses a lead-containing catalyst which is prepared by the following method: grinding lead-containing blast furnace dust by using a ball mill, and conducting sieving by using a 75-400-mesh sieve; drying the sieved lead-containing blast furnace dust in a drying oven at 75-105 DEG C for 5-48 hours to obtain pretreated lead-containing blast furnace dust; and putting the pretreated lead-containing blast furnace dust into a high-temperature tubular reaction furnace, conducting calcining in inert gas at 200-1000 DEG C for 1-24 hours, setting the gas flow rate to be 1-40 mL / min, andscreening the calcined sample with a 75-400-mesh sieve to obtain the required lead-containing blast furnace dust catalyst. The catalyst has acidity and alkalinity at the same time, and can be automatically separated from a liquid product through standing. The catalyst can be directly used for reaction of high-acid-value oil, the catalytic effect is very good, the biodiesel yield is greater than 95%, and the catalyst recovery rate is greater than 90%. Moreover, the recycling capability is relatively excellent, and the yield of biodiesel after five times of reaction can also reach 80% or above.

Carbon-based magnetic solid acid catalyst and application thereof in preparing biodiesel

The invention discloses a carbon-based magnetic solid acid catalyst and an application thereof in preparing biodiesel. The catalyst is prepared by the following steps: mixing a CMC solution and a Fe<3+> solution; precipitating a solid and then soaking the solid with the Fe<3+> solution; calcining and grinding the dried solid to obtain a magnetic material; then mixing the CMC with a Zr<2+>/ Fe<3+> solution; and after drying the solid material, sulfonating, filtering, washing, freezing and drying the solid material to obtain the carbon-based magnetic solid acid catalyst. The catalyst has Lewis acidity and acidity of a formula as shown in the description and has relatively proper saturated magnetic intensity, can be directly used for a reaction on high acid value oil, and is quite good in catalytic effect. The biodiesel yield is greater than 95% and the recovery rate of the catalyst is greater than 90%. The catalyst is relatively preferable in circulating capacity, and the yield of biodiesel after reactions for 5 times also can reach 80% or above. The deactivated catalyst is reacted circularly for 5 times through sulfonating treatment, and the biodiesel yield still can reach 90% or above.

The nanocrystal has a unique hollow rhombic dodecahedral special structure; by virtue of nano pores, the capability of effectively degrading dye pollutants is displayed; after being irradiated by visible light for 90 minutes, the rhombic hollow dodecahedron potassium phosphate noncrystal has the capability of effectively degrading dye pollutants and nearly completely degrading RhB, and can be repeatedly used for multiple use.
