Embodiment 1-7

[0031] Take lead-containing blast furnace dust containing C: 32.4%, Pb: 29.4%, Zn: 1.7%, Ca: 3.0%, S: 8.0%, and use a ball mill to grind the dust. After grinding, the dust is passed through a 200-mesh sieve. Dry at 105°C for 5 hours to obtain lead-containing blast furnace dust raw materials with uniform particles after drying. The raw material of blast furnace dust containing lead with uniform particles obtained after drying is placed in a high-temperature tubular reaction furnace, calcined in nitrogen, and an appropriate gas flow setting is set, and the calcined sample is passed through a 200-mesh sieve to obtain a blast furnace dust catalyst containing lead. Wherein the parameter and effect of embodiment 1-7 are as shown in table 1.

Abstract

The invention discloses a lead-containing catalyst which is prepared by the following method: grinding lead-containing blast furnace dust by using a ball mill, and conducting sieving by using a 75-400-mesh sieve; drying the sieved lead-containing blast furnace dust in a drying oven at 75-105 DEG C for 5-48 hours to obtain pretreated lead-containing blast furnace dust; and putting the pretreated lead-containing blast furnace dust into a high-temperature tubular reaction furnace, conducting calcining in inert gas at 200-1000 DEG C for 1-24 hours, setting the gas flow rate to be 1-40 mL / min, andscreening the calcined sample with a 75-400-mesh sieve to obtain the required lead-containing blast furnace dust catalyst. The catalyst has acidity and alkalinity at the same time, and can be automatically separated from a liquid product through standing. The catalyst can be directly used for reaction of high-acid-value oil, the catalytic effect is very good, the biodiesel yield is greater than 95%, and the catalyst recovery rate is greater than 90%. Moreover, the recycling capability is relatively excellent, and the yield of biodiesel after five times of reaction can also reach 80% or above.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a catalyst for biodiesel and a method for preparing biodiesel, in particular to a catalyst prepared by using lead-containing blast furnace dust and a method for preparing biodiesel by using the catalyst. Background technique [0002] Currently, human society relies heavily on fossil fuels for energy. The burning of fossil fuels has led to the destruction of the ecological environment, and problems such as smog, greenhouse effect, and environmental pollution have seriously affected people's lives and health. The depletion of fossil fuels makes people realize that it is very important to develop clean, environmentally friendly and green renewable energy. Biodiesel is a renewable fuel produced by transesterification reaction of vegetable oil, animal oil, catering waste oil and low-priced alcohol under the action of acidic and basic catalysts, and has received extensive attention in recent years. The physical and chemical propert...
