colloidal gold immunochromatography, and a preparation method and application thereof. The detection card is composed of a PVC backboard, a
nitrocellulose membrane (NC membrane), a
colloidal gold pad, a sample pad and water
absorption filter paper. The sample pad is made of glass fibers. A
colloidal gold labeled rabbit anti-beta-BGT polyclonal
antibody is sprayed on the colloidal gold pad. The C line of the
nitrocellulose membrane is coated with a goat anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal
antibody, and the T line of the
nitrocellulose membrane is coated with a rabbit anti-beta-BGT polyclonal
antibody. The preparation method is simple, the specificity is high, the stability is good, the detection method is simple, carrying is convenient, bungarotoxin can be rapidly detected, whether a person is bitten by
bungarus multicinctus or not can be judged within 5-10 minutes, a diagnostic tool for judging
venomous snake bites can be provided for snake bite treatment, more
treatment time can be gained for patients, and the detection card can assist in the clinical anti-
snake venom serum dosage, and is economical and practical.
