submarine with internal and external water reducing resistance to internally form efficient and energy-saving power impelling, in particular to a
submarine capable of automatically generating electrical power for persistently sailing. Conventional
submarine sailings have
rudder resistance and the fluid resistance and the
noise of surface orifices, and
ballast water occupies the load during sailing; the power of a

energy storage innovative and characteristic oceanic sailings.
