The invention specifically relates to an
infrared spectral recognition method based on
water vapor residual
spectrum analysis, belonging to the technical fields of spectral measurement and spectral recognition. The
infrared spectral recognition method comprises the following steps: generating a pure
water vapor transmittance spectrum by using a molecule transmission and absorption
database and meteorological parameters; subjecting the pure
water vapor transmittance spectrum and a to-be-recognized measured
infrared spectrum containing the absorption characteristics of an unknown compound to fitting, and deducting
water vapor absorption spectra in the spectrum of the unknown compound waveband by waveband so as to obtain a residual spectrum; and carrying out preliminary peak searching and recognition on the residual spectrum to find out a peak position corresponding to the strongest absorption value of the residual spectrum in each waveband and comparing the peak positions with the
molecular absorption peak of each compound in an infrared absorption characteristic
database so as to obtain a possible compound component
list. According to the invention, the pure water vapor
transmittance spectrum is used for deduction of the
water vapor absorption spectrum in the to-be-recognized spectrum, so errors of recognition results caused by water vapor are effectively avoided, the precisionof spectral recognition is improved, and rapid recognition of unknown compound components via infrared absorption spectra can be realized.
