The method comprises the following steps of 1, an apparatus connection process, 2, an apparatus parameter arrangement process, 3, a standard curve drawing process comprising preparing dimethyl trisulfide having a concentration of 99% into a standard solution having a concentration of 5mg/L, adding 40 microliters of the standard solution, 80 microliters of the standard solution, 120 microliters of the standard solution, 160 microliters of the standard solution, 200 microliters of the standard solution and 240 microliters of the standard solution respectively into 40mL of beer, putting the beer with the standard solution on a sample disk of a purge-trap automatic sampler, carrying out detection by an apparatus, and drawing a standard curve with concentration values as horizontal coordinates and peak areas as vertical coordinates, and 4, a beer sample detection process comprising putting 40ml of a beer sample to be detected into a container having an appropriate volume, adding 0.5ml of a chemical defoamer (diluted with water according to a ratio of the chemical defoamer to water of 1: 5), uniformly mixing, putting the beer sample on the sample disk of the purge-trap automatic sampler, carrying out detection analysis by the apparatus, and calculating dimethyl trisulfide content of the beer sample according to the standard curve. The method realizes detection of dimethyl trisulfide in beer and further promotes the improvement of beer quality.

The invention relates to an absorption and biological treatment method of malodorous waste gas. The malodorous waste gas enters a spray absorption tower to have an absorbing, humidifying and cooling function, and then enters into a biological dripping and filtrating device and contacts with a biological film attached to the surface of the filler in the process of rising to be degraded into odorless compounds, and then the purified gas is discharged. The residence time of a vacant bed is 11 to 45 seconds. Part of the waste water produced when spraying and absorbing can be used as biological circulating water, which can be reused again as spraying water after the biochemical treatment. The invention provides a method for preparing dimethyl disulfide by virtue of a methanthiol sulfidization method. The method comprises the specific steps of filling a tower-type reactor with a solid catalyst and then filling the tower-type reactor with a mixed solution containing dimethyl disulfide, dimethyl trisulfide and dimethyl polysulfide, keeping the solid catalyst to be immersed in the solution inside the tower, spraying powdery sulfur into the solution and continuously introducing impure methanthiol gas from the bottom of the tower-type reactor; enabling the produced hydrogen sulfide gas to return inside a thiol reactor by virtue of the tower top and synthesizing methanthiol from thiol and methanol, extracting a mixture of dimethyl disulfide, dimethyl trisulfide and dimethyl polysulfide, rectifying to obtain dimethyl disulfide, further introducing a mixed solution of byproducts dimethyl trisulfide, dimethyl polysulfide and a small amount of dimethyl disulfide into the tower-type reactor to complete the circular reaction. The conversion rate of sulfur can be not less than 99.0%, the content of bottom product dimethyl polysulfide is 0.5%-1% (in mass percentage) and the purity of dimethyl disulfide by virtue of primary rectification is not more than 99.5%.
