The invention discloses a production method for extracting and separating corosolic acid and ursolic acid from loquat leaf. The production method comprises the following steps: crushing loquat leaf, extracting the crushed loquat leaf for three times with ethyl alcohol in a heating reflux way; mixing the extracted liquids obtained after all the tree times of extraction, concentrating for recovering alcohol till all alcohols are removed, then standing still, and filtering to obtain a precipitate; preparing a sodium hydroxide solution with the pH of 11; dissolving the precipitate in an aqueous solution, standing, and filtering to obtain a precipitate and a supernate; adsorbing the supernate with macroporous adsorption resin, precipitating and drying, thus obtaining ursolic acid; after the adsorption is finished, flushing impurities with water; eluting the resin with ethyl alcohol, collecting eluent, and concentrating for recovering alcohol till all alcohols are removed, standing and cooling until precipitate and supernate are separated; carrying out suction filtration to take a precipitate; and drying to obtain corosolic acid. By the production method disclosed by the invention, the byproduct ursolic acid can be obtained directly and unreasonable use of raw material is reduced; the product content and the product yield can be improved effectively due to use of the macroporous adsorption resin and the processes of activated carbon decoloration and organic solvent decoloration are omitted.
