The invention relates to a portable synthesis method for preparing 2-methyl-4-amino-5-aminoethylpyrimidine through one-step cyclization reaction. The method comprises the following steps: directly catalyzing acetamidine hydrochloride and 3-acyl aminopropionitrile to condense and to react with triester orthoformate for dealcoholization and cyclization by using lewis acid, and then hydrolyzing to obtain a vitamin B1 key intermediate, namely the 2-methyl-4-amino-5-aminoethylpyrimidine. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the raw materials are low in cost and easily obtained, and no sodium alcoholate needs to be used for dissociating acetamidine hydrochloride, thus the decomposition of acetamidine is reduced, and the high yield is achieved through reaction; the cyclization and hydrolysis reactions are sequentially carried out, products in all steps are not required to be separated and purified, and the synthesis method is simple and convenient to operate. Highly carcinogenic o-chloroaniline or other micromolecular aniline compounds are not used, and the portable synthesis method is environment-friendly in process, free of production of wastewater and beneficial to industrial production.

Process for preparing aniline compounds through hydrogenation of nitrobenzene compounds in multistage fluidized bed

The invention discloses a process for preparing aniline compounds through hydrogenation of nitrobenzene compounds in a multistage fluidized bed. The used catalyst has a double screening characteristic (respectively taking 60-80 microns and 200-300 microns as peak centers), size grading is performed under the gas velocity action, a coarse particle catalyst stacked bed is formed on the lower section of the multistage fluidized bed, and a fine particle catalyst bed is formed on the upper section of the multistage fluidized bed. Moreover, due to the arrangement of an overflow pipe, each catalyst bed section is kept highly stable. Due to an independent heat exchange system, the temperature of each section is kept controllable. The initial fast reaction and strong head transfer function can be realized, and the aim of later advanced gas conversion is achieved. The process disclosed by the invention has the advantages of simplicity in control, high operating flexibility, wide adaptive gas velocity range, high raw material conversion rate (more than 99.990%), high product selectivity (more than 99.40%) and the like.

The system is characterized in that inorganic anions and aniline compounds in wastewater can be simultaneously separated and detected by sampling at a time. When the inorganic anions and aniline compounds pass through a porous graphite carbon short column, the aniline compounds are strongly retained in the porous graphite carbon short column while the inorganic anions quickly enter the ion chromatographic column to be analyzed and detected by using the conductive detector; meanwhile, the aniline compounds are transferred to the liquid chromatographic system through a switching valve and are quickly detected by using the ultraviolet detector.

The invention provides a method for removing aniline substances from organic pigment wastewater. The method comprises the steps that firstly, complexing extraction is conducted on the organic pigment wastewater through a complexing extraction agent in an acidic environment, and after standing is conducted for layering, an extraction phase and an aqueous phase are obtained; secondly, an alkaline solution is added into the extraction phase for complexing extraction agent regeneration, standing is conducted for layering after a mixed reaction is conducted, and then a concentrated solution containing aniline compounds and a regenerated complexing extraction agent are obtained. The method is simple in technology, high in aniline removing rate, low in treatment cost and beneficial for energy conservation, environment protection and reclamation production.
