The invention discloses a wheat storage method. The wheat storage method comprises specific steps as follows: (1), selection of a standby warehouse: a rain-tight warehouse provided with a damp-proof terrace, crack-free walls as well as
doors and windows capable of being tightly closed is taken as the standby warehouse, and is standby after cleaning; (2), air-
drying of wheat: the wheat is placed on a
drying yard for air-
drying until the wheat temperature reaches 45-50 DEG C; (3),
fumigation of wheat: the wheat is put in storage after continuous air-drying, and
aluminum phosphide tablets are fed for
fumigation of wheat; (4), cooling and ventilation: the wheat after
fumigation is subjected to normal airtight storage, as the
air temperature is reduced, and when the difference between the wheat temperature and the
air temperature is larger than 8 DEG C, the windows are opened timely for ventilation until the
temperature difference is 4 DEG C or smaller; (5), regular inspection: regular inspection is performed manually in the warehousing period, and if pest and
disease damage occurs, the wheat is subjected to deinsectization treatment through fumigation continuously. With the adoption of the wheat storage method, damage of pests to the wheat in the storage process can be reduced maximally, and wheat mildewing is prevented.
