A box-type dust collector includes a suction unit that includes a brushless motor and an air blowing fan, a battery mount portion, to which a battery pack that serves as a power source is mountable, a suction port that suctions outside air through rotation of the air blowing fan, and a filter that separates dust from the outside air which is suctioned from the suction port. The bottom surface of a tank serves as a surface for stationary placement. A handle for carriage is provided at a position directly over the center of gravity of the entire box-type dust collector with the battery pack mounted to the battery mount portion. Coupling portions to be coupled to both ends of a shoulder belt are provided at front and rear positions that are point-symmetric about the center of gravity as viewed in plan.

Imaging lens

An imaging lens, although compact, has satisfactorily corrected aberrations. The imaging lens is configured by disposing, in sequence from the object side, a stop (ST); a first lens (L1), which has a double convex shape near the optical axis; a meniscus-shaped negative second lens (L2) which has near the optical axis a convex surface facing the object side; a meniscus-shaped positive third lens (L3) which has near the optical axis a concave surface facing the object side; and a positive fourth lens (L4) which has a double convex shape near the optical axis. In the configuration, the refractive power of the first lens (L1) is greater than the refractive power of each of the second lens (L2), the third lens (L3), and the fourth lens (L4).

Carbon Black Aqueous Dispersion and Method of Producing the Same

A carbon black aqueous dispersion which has excellent dispersibility and ink performance and is suitable as an aqueous black ink for an inkjet printer or the like, and a method of producing the same. The carbon black aqueous dispersion is obtained by spraying a slurry including carbon black, a surface chemical modifier, and an aqueous medium under pressure from a nozzle to cause collision between sprayed streams or between sprayed streams and a wall surface. The carbon black agglomerates have a maximum particle diameter of 1 μm or less. The production method includes mixing carbon black and a surface chemical modifier into an aqueous medium to form a slurry, and spraying the slurry from a nozzle under pressure to cause collision between sprayed streams or between sprayed streams and a wall surface to atomize and chemically modify carbon black agglomerates, thereby finely dispersing the carbon black in the aqueous medium to such an extent that the carbon black agglomerates have a maximum particle diameter of 1 μm or less.
