Solid material for treating cyanide cadmium plating wastewater and preparation method and application thereof

The invention discloses a solid material for treating cyanide cadmium plating wastewater. The solid material is prepared by adopting a method comprising the following steps: adopting perfluoroacyl peroxide as an initiator, copolymerizing tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoro[2-(2-fluorosulfonylethoxy)-propyl vinyl ether] to obtain perfluorosulfonic acid precursor resin, and then converting the perfluorosulfonic acid precursor resin by virtue of a sodium hydroxide solution to obtain sodium perfluorosulfonate resin containing -SO2Na groups; respectively cleaning the activated carbon powder with ammonia water and hydrochloric acid to obtain an activated carbon carrier; reacting butyl titanate, nitric acid, ammonia water and ammonium sulfate in an aqueous solution, roasting and crushing to obtaina nitrogen-doped TiO2 solid; and carrying out high-temperature treatment on the sodium perfluorosulfonate resin, the activated carbon carrier and the nitrogen-doped TiO2 solid, and granulating by using a granulator to obtain the solid material. The solid material provided by the invention integrates three effects of complex breaking, ion exchange and catalytic oxidation and can effectively treat cadmium cyanide pollutants in cyanide cadmium plating wastewater, and the removal rate of cadmium and free cyanogens can reach 99.8% or above.
