The purification process comprises taht: strong acid type cation exchange resin, strong alkali type anion exchange resin and strong acid and strong alkali mixed-bed resin are filled to an ion exchange column and are subjected to regeneration treatment; the temperature of the silica sol is controlled between 0 and 60 DEG C and inversely flows through a strong acid type cation exchange bed; the obtained acid silica sol inversely flows through a strong alkalitype anion exchange bed and is added with a chelator so that pH of the silica sol is between 1.0 and 3.0; and the silica sol added with the chelator inversely flows through a strong acid and strong alkali ion exchange resin mixed bed to obtain the purified silica sol. The method has good purification effect, can obtain the silica sol of which the superhigh purity meets the requirement of the chemical mechanical polishing, has short purification time and high efficiency, and can be used for continuous industrialized production.

Synthesis and application of copolymer of 1% of DVB crosslinking skeleton of chloromethylate polystyrene resin and 1,4-naphthoquinone

The invention discloses synthesis and an application of copolymer of 1% of DVB crosslinking skeleton of chloromethylate polystyrene resin and 1,4-naphthoquinone. A 1,4-naphthoquinone substituted chloromethylate polystyrene copolymer is synthetized from 1% of DVB crosslinking chloromethylate polystyrene resin and 1,4-naphthoquinone as initial materials. The synthesis is low in reaction temperature, and short in reaction time (2-4 hours); the degree of substitution can be up to over 52%; the improvement of catalytic action of the polymer is facilitated; and the copolymer disclosed by the invention is applied to the degradation of waste water containing nitrogen. The results show that the microbial denitrification process and the microbial degradation azo-dye process are accelerated.

Integrated process for treating oily wastewater by microwave and ultrasonic wave collaborated with organic bentonite synthesis

The invention relates to an integrated process for treating oily wastewater by microwave and ultrasonic wave collaborated with organic bentonite synthesis, which comprises the following steps of: adding untreated bentonite with grain size of 10-200 meshes and a cation surfactant into the oily wastewater, wherein the dosage of the cation surfactant is 20-120%CEC, the mass rate of solid to liquid of the bentonite and the oily wastewater is between 1: 1000 and 1: 10000; introducing the wastewater into a microwave reactor with power of 100-5000W and performing microwave radiation for 10 seconds to 1 minute; applying ultrasonic wave with frequency of 20-120KHz and power of 100-1200W; performing ultrasonication for 10 seconds to 5 minutes; purifying and stirring; stirring again for 2-3 minutes after ultrasonic processing; separating a solid phase and a liquid phase; and discharging the purified wastewater. By means of synergy of microwave and ultrasonic wave, time of treating the oily wastewater is shortened, and efficiency is improved.

Microwave assisted integrated process for synthesizing and treating oily wastewater by using organic bentonite

The invention relates to a microwave assisted integrated process for synthesizing and treating oily wastewater by using organic bentonite. The process includes adding the untreated bentonite with particle sizes of 20-200 meshes and a cationic surface active agent into the oily wastewater, subjecting the oily wastewater to microwave radiation for 10 seconds to 1 minute in a microwave reactor with power of 100W-5000W, stirring the wastewater for 2-3 minutes, finally performing solid / liquid two-phase separation and discharging the purified wastewater, wherein the usage amount of the cationic surface active agent is 20%-100% of cation-exchange capacity (CEC), and the solid / liquid mass ratio of the bentonite to the oily wastewater is (1:1000)-(1:10000). According to the microwave assisted integrated process for synthesizing and treating the oily wastewater by using the organic bentonite, thermal effects and non-thermal effects of microwave effects are used, so that the oily wastewater is firstly heated, the liquidity of oil is improved, the vibration of molecules is enhanced under the non-thermal effects, and efficient adsorption and purification of the refractory oily wastewater are achieved in a short time.
