The invention relates to a high efficient
water heater capable of making full use of
biomass fuels. The key lies in that a gasification chamber, three combustors, a spiral filter, an ash bucket, a
slag charge chamber, pipelines and components are all arranged in a heater body capable of being filled with water. The pipelines and the components are connected with the combustors.
Biomass fuels are gasified into
combustible gas in the gasification chamber. After a
mount of
biomass fuels is gasified and then is combusted in a main
combustor.
Fuel gas which is in incomplete
combustion in the main
combustor is combusted subsequently in a second
combustor and a third combustor. After the
biomass fuels are gasified, the
biomass fuels are fully combusted, biomass energy is released greatly, and the overall structure is scientific and reasonable. Through a form of water covering heat,
heat energy is in high efficient use. PM 2.5 in exhausted
smoke is next to nothing, and the
smoke is almost clean, black-free,
sulfur-free, and has non-toxic substances. The high efficient
water heater capable of making full use of
biomass fuels is suitable for
hot water supply for life and
heat supply in winter of communities, schools, hospitals and hotels, and also suitable for taking place of
coal boilers, oil boilers, gas boilers and
electric heating water supply devices in industrial production. Hot water is supplied for
drying materials and products.
