The composition for preparing the hollow capsule is prepared by mixing hydroxypropyl starch or acid-treated hydroxypropyl starch with a reinforcing and toughening agent and a gelatinizer. The composition can be heated in water to be gelatinated and colloidized to obtain the starch-base hollow capsule. The hydroxypropyl functional group is introduced to the starch molecules to modify the starch, thereby overcoming the intermolecular hydrogen bonding force of the starch, performing the toughening and reinforcing functions, effectively inhibiting starch from anabiosis, increasing the hydrophilicity of the starch molecules and lowering the gelatinization temperature; and thus, the starch-base hollow capsule has favorable disintegrability.

The wollastonite tailing reinforced and toughened low-temperature ceramic tile is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 35 to 45 parts of wollastonite tailings, 18 to 32 partsof low-temperature sand, 2 to 7 parts of medium-temperature sand, 10 to 18 parts of quartz, 2 to 4 parts of talc, 0 to 5 parts of magnesian clay, 2 to 5 parts of bentonite, 0.5 to 3 parts of bauxite,0.5 to 2 parts of zircon sand and 0 to 3 parts. The materials are sintered at the temperature of between 1,120 and 1,150 DEG C to form the ceramic. In addition, the invention further discloses a preparation method of the wollastonite tailing reinforced and toughened low-temperature ceramic tile. The wollastonite tailings are used as a main raw material, and the ceramic tile with high strength andtoughness is obtained while low-temperature sintering is achieved through formula design. According to the method, resource utilization of the wollastonite tailings is achieved, the wollastonite tailings are massively applied to building ceramic production, and the additional value of the tailings is improved. The mechanical strength and toughness of the building ceramic tile are effectively improved, and the building ceramic tile can be further expanded to a large thin plate production technology in the field of building ceramics.
