The invention discloses a carbonized heating supply
system for a rod production from
forestry waste. The carbonized heating supply
system comprises a rod-making device consisting of a primary crushingmechanism, a
fermentation yard, a feeding mechanism, an
air drying mechanism, a screening mechanism and a
hot pressing rod-making mechanism in sequence. An inner cavity of a roller of the air dryingmechanism is divided into three
layers of inner and outer casing structures and is provided with positive and negative spiral feeding ribs to make wood chips flow back and forth and dry air; and a wood
chip rod is formed by heating and extruding. The carbonized heating supply
system also includes a plurality of cellar-type
kiln bodies distributed in a
matrix pattern, and a pre-burning heat-conducting tunnel is arranged between the two rows of
kiln bodies. The
combustible gas in a process of
carbonization is affected by a boiler fan, and supplies heat to a boiler in sequence through a pre-
combustion heat conduction undergroud tunnel, a total heat conduction
underground tunnel, a diverter gate, and a heat supplying pipeline. Under the premise of low cost, relatively good insulation effect and airtight effect are achieved;
energy consumption is greatly reduced; quality of
charcoal is greatly improved; environmental
pollution is eliminated, and at the same time, the instant utilization ofcarbonized gas is safely and conveniently realized; and the scale of the system is convenient for flexible adjustment.
