The invention discloses an automatic measuring device for precision of rolling linear guides. The device mainly comprises a lathe
bed platform and a clamping device, wherein a
portal frame and a measuring platform simultaneously move in the direction of a to-be-measured guide under the action of a Z-axis feeding part, transmission between roller racks and guidance of air floating guide pairs; under the action of a Y-axis feeding part, the measuring platform is driven
through transmission of ball screws to move up and down relative to the
portal frame. When the measuring platform moves, a
laser displacement sensor mounted on the measuring platform measures every form and
position error of the to-be-measured guide arranged on the platform and fixed by the clamping device, acquired data are subjected to correlative
processing, and required data are obtained through analysis, so that every form and
position error of the to-be-measured guide is obtained. With the adoption of an automatic measuring method, the to-be-measured guide is mounted without assistance of bolts, the efficiency can be greatly improved, furthermore, the universality is higher, and the device can be used for measuring the precision of
multiple models of the rolling linear guides.
