Energy-saving high strength aramid fiber conveyer belt and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to an energy-saving high strength aramid fiber conveyer belt and a preparation method thereof. The conveyer belt is composed of a skeleton layer, adhesive glue and an upper-lower cover adhesive laminated structure. Firstly, the skeleton layer employs aramid fiber canvas after dipping treatment to replace a conventional steel wire rope, so that the problems of large weight of the steel wire rope which brings much inconvenience for processes of shaping, installing, maintaining and the like is solved. Secondly, the aramid fiber canvas has structure in broadwise direction, has excellent anti-tear and anti-impact performances, so that phenomena of longitudinal tear and the like of the steel wire rope conveyer belt cab be prevented. Compared with a conventional steel wire rope high strength conveyer belt, the energy-saving high strength aramid fiber conveyer belt has high strength, good corrosion resistance, wear resistance and impact and fatigue resistance, and greatly reduce the weight and thickness of the conveyor belt, so that conveying power energy consumption is saved. The energy-saving high strength aramid fiber conveyer belt is expected to have longer service life and better energy-saving and environment-friendly properties, and is particularly suitable for long-distance material conveyance in industries such as coal mine, metallurgy, mine, etc.

Absorbent article having dual pattern bonding

The present invention relates to improvements in bonding patterns for the attachment of components of disposable absorbent articles. For example, in order to provide attachment of an ear portion to a longitudinal side of the chassis of an article, there may be an attachment area. The attachment area may include an overlapping area of chassis material(s) (outer cover and / or liner materials) and ear portion material. The overlapping areas of chassis material and ear portion material are bonded together in such a way as to include a variegated bond pattern and a uniform bond pattern. The bonding patterns of the invention may also be used to form the side seams and passive side bonds for articles that are donned as pants.

Ethylene-Based Polymers and Articles Made Therefrom

Provided are ethylene-based polymer compositions, articles made therefrom, and methods of making the same. Ethylene-based polymer compositions include linear low density polyethylene prepared with metallocene catalyst, which may optionally have about 5 mole percent or less of monomer units derived from an alpha-olefin comonomer. Ethylene-based polymer compositions include blends of linear low density polyethylene and one or more very low density polyethylene compositions, one or more low density polyethylene compositions, one or more medium density polyethylene compositions, one or more high density polyethylene compositions, one or more differentiated polyethylene compositions, or other conventional polymers. Articles composed of such ethylene-based polymer compositions are prepared according to a process window, e.g., at a specific extrusion rates, which provides favorable physical properties, including tear resistance and dart drop properties. Films prepared according to these techniques exhibit physical properties equivalent to, or superior than, conventional linear low density polyethylenes prepared with Ziegler-Natta catalyst.

Apparatus and method of placement of a graft or graft system

A fenestrated graft deployment system, with a delivery catheter having a catheter body, An endoluminal prosthesis having a main graft body, the main graft body having a lumen therethrough and a first opening laterally through a wall of the main graft body. A first guidewire prepositioned within the delivery catheter extending through at least a portion of the catheter body into a main lumen of the endoluminal prosthesis and through the first opening in the wall of the prosthesis when the delivery catheter is in a predeployed configuration. A first fenestration alignment device is configured to extend through at least a portion of the delivery catheter and is configured to be axially moveable relative to the first guidewire. The first fenestration alignment device has an end portion having an outside perimeter configured such that when an end portion of the fenestration alignment device moves toward the first opening of said main graft body the outside perimeter of the first opening is smaller than the outside perimeter of the first fenestration alignment device and prevents it from passing through the first opening and causes the main graft body adjacent to the first opening to move with the end of the first fenestration alignment device to act as alignment tool to allow an operator to align the first opening in the side of the endoluminal prosthesis with an ostium of a target branch vessel into which said first opening is to extend and act as a guide and seal for a subsequently delivered branch graft endoluminal prosthesis.
