The anti-scraping and anti-wear color coated steel plate is high in wear resistance and high in anti-scraping strength; the anti-scraping and anti-wear layer is made of polyvinylidene fluoride; quartz powder is added and used as a reinforce; and therefore, the wear resistance of the polyvinylidene fluoride is improved, and the strength is enhanced.
