The invention relates to a method for 3D printing of a catalyst-carrier system with a high specific surface area and high efficiency. By adopting a process that ceramic powder or a precursor is independently grinded and dispersed into a light-cured resin, partial high temperatures and partial denaturation caused by collision in the mixing and ball-milling process are effectively avoided; printer parameters are selectively set for prepared slurry, so that the printing thickness of each layer is moderate, and rapid molding can be facilitated; due to a two-section heat preservation process of a ceramic carrier prefabricated part, cross-linking curing and cracking molding time is ensured, and structure deformation after calcining is avoided. Because of the high stability, a ceramic carrier prepared by using the method is applicable to different synthesis methods for carrying catalysts, working environments of the catalysts are not rigorously required, and new ideas are provided for large-scale industrial application of structure-function integrated catalysts.

The invention discloses a solidification and stabilization method for a hazardous waste containing toxic organic compounds, which belongs to the hazardous waste treatment technical field of environment protection. According to a dry weight ratio, 30 to 60 percent of the hazardous waste containing toxic organic compounds, 0.5 to 10 percent of an additive, 30 to 60 percent of inorganic cementing agent and curing agent are added into an agitator and are stirred by adding water, meanwhile, a gas internal circulation device is started, the gas in the agitator is adsorbed and purified by a gas adsorbing and purifying device, and then part of the gas is fed back into the agitator; after being evenly mixed and stirred materials are discharged, solidified and fed into a maintenance house, and the solidification and stabilization of the hazardous waste containing toxic organic compounds is finished. The additive comprises an adsorbent with adsorbing effect and a structural modifier which can improve the structural performance of a product, such as activated carbon, water glass, calcium chloride, etc. The inorganic cementing agent and curing agent refers to hydraulicity cementing material. The solidification rate of the invention can reach more than 90 percent; and gas circulation can reduce polluted gas discharging, thus being capable of effectively reducing the occurrence of secondary pollution.

The preparation method is that grind and uniformly mix the precursor containing the alkaline earth metal, the precursor containing molybdenum and the precursor containing praseodymium with the alkali metal-halogen precursor, and then sintering the mixture for 1-5 hours at the temperature of 800-1000 DEG. The method has the advantages of low sintering temperature by adopting a grinding method to be combined with a gas oxidation method, simple production technology which is easy to be operated, and low cost raw materials which are easy to be obtained and applicable to industrial production. Method for extraction of bitumen from oil sands using lime

In a method for enhancing the efficiency of bitumen recovery from oil sands ore, CaO lime (or Ca(OH)2) is mixed into an oil sands ore-water slurry prior to or during the operation of slurry-based bitumen extraction processes. The lime is introduced at dosages effective to reduce the electro-chemical attraction between clay particles and bitumen in the slurry, thereby promoting detachment of clay particles from bitumen droplets in the ore-wafer slurry. This occurs because water-soluble asphaltic acids formed at the bitumen-water interface act as surfactants which reduce or eliminate the activity of Ca2+ and Mg2+ ions binding the clay particles and bitumen together. The detachment of clay particles promotes the attachment of air bubbles to the bitumen droplets, thereby forming a bitumen-rich froth which will float to the surface of the ore-water slurry, thus facilitating bitumen recovery.
