The invention discloses a method for manufacturing an antibacterial medical dressing through using electrostatic
spinning. The method comprises the following steps of firstly, manufacturing a
chlorogenic acid solution, and then using a
solvent stripping method to manufacture a nano
titanium oxide /
graphene intercalation
composite material, and dispersing in absolute ethyl
alcohol to manufacture a dispersion liquid; manufacturing a
gelatin water solution, dissolving a
polylactic acid fiber in
dichloromethane, and then successively adding the
gelatin water solution, the dispersion liquid and thechlorogenic acid solution, stirring and mixing uniformly, and then acquiring a
spinning solution; and finally, for the acquired
spinning solution, using a classical spinning method to prepare a fibermembrane, then filtering, carrying out
freeze drying, and then acquiring a medical dressing. In the method, operation is simple, and the acquired medical dressing has good breathability and
moisture permeability and has an excellent antibacterial performance, which can effectively promote
wound healing.
