The invention discloses a ground effect hydrofoil
tidal current energy power generation device, belongs to the field of
tidal current energy power generation and ocean
engineering equipment, and solves the technical problem of low generated power and multi-hydrofoil motion
coupling of an oscillating hydrofoil power generation device in the prior art. The ground effect is utilized to improve the hydrodynamic performance of double-hydrofoil swinging, so that the power generation efficiency of the
tidal current energy power generation device is improved. The power generation device comprises a four-bar mechanism, a
crank connecting rod and a
rack and pinion mechanism, and the four-bar mechanism is driven to run through up-and-down heaving motion of hydrofoils so as to drive a generator to generate power; and meanwhile, the four-bar mechanism can drive the
crank connecting rod and the
rack and pinion mechanism to move, and then a transmission wheel drives the hydrofoils to do periodic pitching motion, so that self-
coupling of heaving motion and the pitching motion of the hydrofoils is guaranteed. According to the ground effect hydrofoil
tidal current energy power generation device, self-
coupling of heaving motion and pitching motion of the hydrofoils is realized, and continuous energy output of the device is ensured; and by utilizing the ground effect between the hydrofoils, the power generation efficiency of the oscillating hydrofoil
tidal current energy power generation device is improved, and the power generation cost is reduced.
