The invention discloses an underwater multi-channel signal acquisition and transmission array system-based simulation device which is characterized in that the simulation device comprises a processorand a storage, wherein the storage is used for storing computer programs, the execution of the processor to the computer program can realize the following steps: configuring an underwater transmissionarray; generating a simulated acoustical signal of the configured transmission array; generating a simulated non-acoustical signal of the configured transmission array; generating a simulated self-detection signal of the configured transmission array; and responding to a command received by the configured transmission array. The simulation device is small in volume, the signal generated during simulation is high in precision and stable in period, and a user can freely configure all parameters, such as node configuration of the array, the frequency, amplitude, phase positions, gain of the simulation generation signal, and the like, therefore, thus providing great convenience for debugging the upper-layer application of the underwater transmission array.
