wavelength laser welding method for multilayer plastic and a multi-
wavelength laser device. The multi-
wavelength laser welding method comprises the steps that (1) lasers with the corresponding wavelengths are selected aiming at the selectivity of laser
wavelength absorption of the to-be-welded multilayer plastic; (2) a semi-reflecting and semi-transmitting lens is adopted for conducting beam combination of the lasers with the different wavelengths, the lasers are coaxially focused to a to-be-welded plastic layer, and thus
welding points are coaxial; and (3) a collimation focus lens is adopted for adjusting the positions of the focus points of the lasers with the different wavelengths to be consistent with different layer plastic contact faces, and the multiple
layers of plastic absorb lasers and are molten simultaneously. The multi-wavelength laser device comprises a main body structure, a beam combination lens support, a beam combination lens, a two-dimensional translation adjusting frame, a two-dimensional translation adjusting frame transition plate, a first
optical fiber adapter, a one-dimensional adjusting frame, a one-dimensional adjusting frame transition plate, a second
optical fiber adapter switching plate, a second
optical fiber adapter and a collimation lens set. According to the multi-wavelength laser welding method and the multi-wavelength laser device for the multilayer plastic, the
transmittance of the upper layer plastic to the lasers does not need to be considered, and diversity of
material selection is achieved.
