The invention discloses a peroxide mimic enzyme and preparation and applications thereof, and relates to a horse radish peroxidase bio-mimetic technology, namely a technology of orderly fixing natural enzyme prothetic groups that are porphyrin molecules on the surface of a mass-produced carbon nitride nanosheet in an axial coordination manner so as to produce a mimic enzyme with a structure approaching a natural enzyme protein structure. The various catalytic kinetics indexes of the mimic enzyme are equivalent with that of a natural enzyme. On this basis, a general peroxide mimic enzyme CoII-Hemin@g-C3N4 nanometer biological probe is designed, and a high-sensitivity high-specificity biosensor used for detection of the H7N9 avian influenza virus is constructed, wherein the biosensor has characteristics of stable electrogenerated chemiluminescence output signals and a low detection lower limit. Method for preparing phenylamino porphyrin self-assembled nanomaterial by adopting co-solvent method

The invention discloses a method for preparing a phenylamino porphyrin self-assembled nanomaterial by adopting a co-solvent method. The method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing CTAB, SDS, MTAB or P123 aqueous solution; 2) preparing a DMF solution of phenylamino porphyrin; and 3) adding the solution in the step 2) into the solution in the step 1), stirring for 40-50h at 25 DEG C, and performing centrifugal separation, to obtain a solid, namely the phenylamino porphyrin self-assembled nanomaterial. The method has the advantages of the original methods, the yield problem can be solved as a great amount of phenylamino porphyrin is dissolved in the DMF solution; by taking micelle as a confinement template, the self assembling can be conducted under the assistance of an emulsifying agent by changing the soluble state of phenylamino porphyrin molecules into a non-soluble state through the weak phase interaction between molecules, finally the porphyrin molecule assembled body with controllable shapes can be obtained, and the assembled material has an important role in the fields of photocatalysis, nanodevices and the like.

The invention relates to a supported metal bismuth particle composite material which is characterized in that metal bismuth particles are supported on a porous carbon carrier through a coupling agent with amino groups, and the particle size of the metal bismuth particles is 5-30nm. The preparation method comprises the following steps: loading tetraaminophenyl porphyrin molecules on porous carbon through simple two-step impregnation adsorption to form a modified porous carbon composite material, and then carrying out second-step impregnation adsorption on the modified porous carbon composite material and bismuth metal salt under a sodium borohydride reduction condition. Benefited from the confinement effect of porous carbon and the special stabilizing effect of the molecular coupling agent, the bismuth metal small nanoparticles are fixed on the porous carbon carrier in a strong binding form, the loading capacity is high, and the activity is high, so that the molecular coupling agent plays a role in enhancing the interaction between the bismuth metal nano particles and the carrier, and the self structure is not changed under the reduction condition. The supported metal bismuth particle composite material is used for preparing formic acid by carbon dioxide epoxy, has excellent catalytic activity and stability, and has obvious industrial advantages.

The invention discloses a micro-nano reactor based on phthalocyanine bridging methylation cyclodextrin, and in particular relates to a supermolecule tubular micro-nano reactor for catalyzing cross coupling reaction generated by aryl halide and an organic boric agent. The micro-nano reactor has such a building mode that porphyrins molecules are enveloped into a cavity of methylation cyclodextrin; a hydrophilic clathrate is adopted to construct a hydrophilic surface of the reactor and is exposed to a water phase; hydrophobic alkyl chains are crossed with each other to form a hydrophobic interlayer of the micro reactor. According to the preparation method, the micro-nano reactor is obtained by supermolecules self-assembly of a phthalocyanine axial bridging methylation cyclodextrin host compound and an amphipathy porphyrin guest compound. The palladium-loaded micro-nano reactor prepared by the method has the advantages that the synthesis route is simple, the reaction conditions are mild, the aftertreatment is simple and convenient, and the yield is very high; the micro-nano reactor is suitable for amplification synthesis and actual production application. The coupling reaction yield is high, and the use of a toxic organic solvent is avoided; the micro-nano reactor serving as a catalyst for the coupling reaction has a wide application prospect.

Tetrazole porphyrin metal complexes, synthesis thereof and applications of the metal complexes as dye sensitizing agents

The invention discloses synthesis of tetrazole porphyrin metal complexes and applications of the metal complexes as dye sensitizing agents for preparation of dye-sensitized solar cells. Tetrazole is good in photoluminescence performance and is introduced into a porphyrin ring through conjugated chemical bonds, thus largely improving luminescence performance of porphyrin molecules. Four meta-position tetrazole groups of tetrazole porphyrin are bonded to TiO2 in a horizontal bonding manner. Introduction of a metal changes orbital energy level distribution, thus increasing the electron transfer efficiency and further increasing the photoelectric conversion efficiency. Compared with traditional ruthenium dye, raw materials are simple and easily available, precious metal materials are not needed, and pollution to the environment is low. Accordingly, the tetrazole porphyrin metal complexes can be adopted as dye sensitizing agents and used for preparation of dye-sensitized solar cells. Results of photoelectric property tests show that the tetrazole complexes with different metals in the dye-sensitized solar cells have certain current outputting capabilities and have different photoelectric conversion efficiencies under standard illumination.

Preparation method and application of metal ion modified MOF micro/nano structure in hydrogel

The invention discloses a preparation method and application of a metal ion modified MOF micro/nano structure in hydrogel, and belongs to the field of organic nano photocatalysis. The preparation method comprises the following steps: reacting a porphyrin ligand with a metal cluster to obtain a porphyrin MOF micro/nano structure, then blending the porphyrin MOF micro/nano structure with a sodium alginate (SA) aqueous solution, freezing and forming, putting the mixture into an excessive amount of a divalent metal salt (M<2+>) solution, and carrying out cross-linking curing to obtain the SA-M<2+>-MOF hydrogel ball. According to the invention, by utilizing a method of coordination of cross-linked metal ions and porphyrin molecules, while an MOF micro/nano structure is effectively modified, the MOF micro/nano structure is uniformly and firmly embedded into an SA hydrogel ball skeleton, so that the recyclability of the SA hydrogel ball is improved; the method is simple and easy to implement, and an experimental basis is provided for controllable and integral assembly of organic nano materials; the application of the obtained SA-M<2+>-MOF in photocatalytic degradation of organic dye is researched, and the result shows that the structure has efficient photocatalytic activity; and possibility is provided for wide application to pollution treatment and energy exhaustion.

The method has the advantages that porphyrin molecule is loaded to the H-MOF-5 nanosheet, the aggregation of the porphyrin molecule is prevented, the water solubility and fluorescence property of the porphyrin molecule is improved, and the morphology consistency of the material before and aftercompounding is kept, so that the fluorescent composite material has an important effect in terms of fluorescence sensors.

Porphyrin-crown ether compound, its synthesis and application

The invention discloses a porphyrin-crown ether compound, which comprises a metallic porphyrin molecular skeleton and a crown ether complexation unit, as well as a linker connecting the two fragments in series. The compound has a general formula of: [Metallic porphyrin]-Linker-[Crown ether], the Metallic porphyrin represents metallic porphyrin, the Crown ether represents crown ether, and the Linker is an alkyl bond or an amide bond. In the invention, a metal ion on porphyrin can coordinate with different anions and cause optical signal changes of ultraviolet and fluorescence of a porphyrin chromophore, while the crown ether undergoes complexation with a counter cation (like Na<+>, K<+>, NH4<+>, etc.), preferably with a cation matching with the crown ether in size. For anions of different stereo configurations, the size of an intramolecular hole can be controlled by adjusting the length of a linking unit so as to make the intramolecular hole matching with an anion mutually. The obtained sensor molecule can detect inorganic anions with a concentration low to 0.1ppm (like C1<->, I<->, CN<->, SCN<->, and ClO4<->, etc.) in a water phase medium. The detection technology of high sensitivity in the invention is of great significance in environment analysis, biomedicine and other aspects.
