At least one of a side surface of an edge of the wafer and an upper surface of the edge of the wafer is inspected. On the basis of an inspection result, at least one of the presence / absence of film peeling and the presence / absence of particle adhesion is determined on at least one of the side surface of the edge of the wafer and the upper surface of the edge of the wafer. A predetermined coping process is performed when it is determined that at least one of the film peeling and the particle adhesion has occurred.

The invention mainly has the advantages that: the preparation process for the gas sensor is simple, for magnetron sputtering is only needed for one time; the gas sensor can be produced in bulk, for the particle adhesion layer can be deposited on hundreds of sensors at one time; and the sensitivity is improved remarkably, and the sensitivity and the response recovery speed of the sensor are improved greatly after a particle material layer is manufactured.

The machining method is characterized by comprising the following steps: after quenching and annealing heat treatment of the sleeve ring, carrying out the whole and precise hard turning and molding; and then combining and assembling a rolling body, wherein a sleeve ring rolling path comprises a fixed-curvature-groove-shape rolling path, a non-groove-shaped rolling path, a variable-curvature-shaped rolling path and a non-groove-shaped rolling path according to section shapes. The machining method disclosed by the invention overcomes the defects in the prior art that (1) performance defects on a machining surface, including grinding burn, a grinding metamorphic layer, grinding tensile stress, abrasive particle adhesion, scratches and the like, are caused by grinding and molding the sleeve ring; (2) shape defects on the machining surface that mutual position precision of all parts is not high, the shape of the rolling path cannot be accurately guaranteed and the like, are caused by carrying out a plurality of times of machining on different surfaces, even the same surface; (3) the defects that large investment of equipment, a tool clamp and personnel, and high machining cost are caused; and (4) the defects that a cutting solution needs to be used and the machining method is not environment-friendly enough are caused. The invention provides an anti-fatigue and green machining method which has the very great engineering actual meanings.

The invention discloses a low-melting point PTT copolyester and a manufacturing method thereof. The copolyester takes terephthalic acid and 1,3-propylene glycol as basic monomers, 10-50wt% of m-phthalic acid is added to an acid component, and 1-20wt% of polyethylene glycol is added to an alcohol component with the total weight of the acid component as a reference. The mol ratio of the alcohol to the acid of the copolyester is 1.2-1.8:1, and the low-melting point PTT copolyester with the melting point of 130-200 DEG C and the inherent viscosity of 0.70-0.90dL / g is synthesized by esterification reaction and polycondensation reaction. The copolyester and the manufacturing method are characterized by fast reaction rate, a few side reactions, high crystallinity and uneasy particle adhesion, and the copolyester is applicable to spinning filament, short fiber and non-woven fabrics.

The present invention provides a system capable of automatically making a diagnosis of a semiconductor device manufacturing apparatus, based on a result of particle detection on a substrate such as a semiconductor wafer. In one preferred embodiment, the surface of the wafer is divided into square-shaped minute areas of 0.1 mm to 0.5 mm, and existence of particles in each minute area is inspected. Based on the inspection result, data, in which existence of particles in each minute area is correlated with the address thereof, is created. The surface of the wafer is divided into several tens to several hundreds of evaluation areas. A binarized data is assigned to each evaluation area, and is determined based on the fact that the number of the minute areas in which particles are detected included in the evaluation area is larger, or not larger than a predetermined reference value. A correspondence table, showing the relationship between binarized data arrangements and the causes of particle adhesion, which is made based on empirical rules or experimental results, is prepared. By applying the binarized data made based on the inspection result to the correspondence table, the cause of particle adhesion can be identified.
