Various embodiments of the present invention provide methods and systems for deterministic calculation of radiation doses, delivered to specified volumes within human tissues and organs, and specified areas within other organisms, by external and internal radiation sources. Embodiments of the present invention provide for creating and optimizing computational mesh structures for deterministic radiation transport methods. In general these approaches seek to both improve solution accuracy and computational efficiency. Embodiments of the present invention provide methods for planning radiation treatments using deterministic methods. Methods and computer readable media are disclosed for ultimately developing a dosimetry plan for a treatment volume irradiated during radiation therapy with a radiation source concentrated internally within a patient or incident from an external beam. The dosimetry plan is available in near"real-time" because of the novel geometric model construction of the treatment volume which in turn allows for rapid calculations to be performed for simulated movements of particles along particle tracks therethrough. The particles are exemplary representations of alpha, beta or gamma emissions emanating from an internal radiation source during various radiotherapies, such as brachytherapy or targeted radionuclide therapy, or they are exemplary representations of high-energy photons, electrons, protons or other ionizing particles incident on the treatment volume from an external source. In a preferred embodiment, a medical image of a treatment volume irradiated during radiotherapy having a plurality of pixels of information is obtained.

Gas flows through structured pathways within the array, delivering heat which may be used for processes including calcination, hydrogen electrolysis, steam generation, and thermal power generation and cogeneration. Groups of thermal storage arrays may be controlled and operated at high temperatures without thermal runaway via deep-discharge sequencing. Forecast-based control enables continuous, year-round heat supply using current and advance information of weather and VRE availability. High-voltage DC power conversion and distribution circuitry improves the efficiency of VRE power transfer into the system.

The invention relates to a heat radiator, in particular to a high-power-box-type diesel engine heat radiator for a power station. The diesel engine heat radiator and a power station unit (16) are arranged in the same box body and are separated through a clapboard (15), so that respective independent sealed cabins are formed; two air inlets of the diesel engine heat radiator are respectively arranged on two adjacent wall faces of a heat radiating cabin; an air outlet is arranged on a top face of the heat radiating cabin; a high-temperature heat radiator (1) and a low-temperature heat radiator (2) respectively correspond to the two air inlets of the diesel engine heat radiator; and an air intake shutter I (6) and an air intake shutter II (7) are respectively arranged on two adjacent wall faces used as the air inlets of the heat radiating cabin. According to the heat radiator, the heat radiating cabin and the power station unit cabin are separated, so that the pollution of sand dust and oil gas to the heat radiator is effectively avoided; the influence of outside wind direction variation on the heat radiating effect is small; the heat radiator cannot be influenced by internal radiation heat of the unit cabin; and the daily clean, overhaul and maintenance are convenient.

The adsorption array comprises a heat transfer plate and a connecting plate, wherein a plurality of cryogenic plates are arranged on the heat transfer plate, the outer contours of the cryogenic plates are in a circular arc shape, and the outer contours of all the cryogenic plates are located on the same virtual spherical surface; and an adsorption material is arranged on each cryogenic plate. The cryogenic pump comprises the adsorption array, a refrigerating machine and a shell, wherein a radiation shield is arranged in the shell; the adsorption array is installed at the end part of a second-stage cooling stage through the connecting plate; the connecting plate is perpendicular to the axis of the second-stage cooling stage; the second-stage cooling stage and the adsorption array are both located in the radiation shield; a baffle is arranged at an opening of the radiation shield; a pump opening flange is arranged at the opening of the shell; and the opening direction of the radiation shield is the same as that of the shell, the axis of the radiation shield coincides with the axis of the shell, and the axes of a first-stage cooling stage and the second-stage cooling stage are perpendicular to the axis of the radiation shield. The cryogenic pump has the advantages that H2 can directly and quickly reach the adsorption material and is captured, and the pumping speed of the cryogenic pump on the H2 is increased.
