water supply and hot
water circulation, which comprises the following steps: adopting a combined maintenance method of
internal radiation and
external storage, namely, arranging a circulated cooling
water pipe in a bearing platform, and cooling circulated flowing water during concrete construction and maintenance to accelerate
radiation of heat inside the large-sized concrete of the bearing platform; after the concrete is poured and then initially set, covering a layer of film and two
layers of gunny bags to carry out heat and
moisture preservation and maintenance; during the heat and
moisture preservation and the maintenance of the bearing platform, according to the temperature of
a site environment,
monitoring temperature and
temperature difference of inlet water and outlet water of the cooling
water pipe by an automatic temperature measuring
control system, automatically reclaiming hot water in the cooling
water pipe, recharging a
water pool by part of the hot water for cyclic utilization, and controlling the difference value of the inlet
water temperature of the cooling water
pipe and the highest temperature of the concrete to be lower than 25 DEG C; and recharging the surface of the bearing platform by the other part of the hot water for heat preservation and maintenance. The method adopts the combined maintenance method of the
internal radiation and the
external storage, fully meets civilized construction requirements of
environmental protection,
energy conservation, and circulation, and can ensure the maintenance quality of the bearing platform of the large-sized concrete.
