The method includes the following steps of A, receiving a data packet uploaded by a vehicle-mounted device,wherein the data packet carries vehicle owner power supply information, vehicle speed information and
vehicle acceleration information; B, judging whether the
time difference between the time of receiving a current data packet and the time of receiving a last data packet meets preset time conditions or not, if yes, executing the next step, and otherwise, conducting counting zero clearing and executing the step A; C, judging whether the vehicle owner power supply information, vehicle speed information and
vehicle acceleration information meet preset conditions or not respectively, if yes, executing the next step, and otherwise, conducting counting zero clearing and executing the step A; D, summating count numbers; E, judging whether the count numbers reach a preset number or not, if yes, executing the next step, and otherwise, executing the step A; F, giving an alarm. By means of the method, no additional monitoring facilities need to be installed, the
system construction complexity andcost are reduced, and the monitoring accuracy is high.
