The present invention discloses a composite carrier SCR denitration catalyst which comprises a composite carrier, an
active component, an auxiliary agent and a
lubricant with a certain
mass ratio; thecomposite carrier is a mixture of
anatase type nano
titanium dioxide and
metal ion-modified attapulgite, and the activity component is
vanadium pentoxide. By acidizing the attapulgite, the specific surface area is increased, the active sites are increased, and the adsorption capacity of easily poisoned elements in the
flue gas is enhanced, so that the catalyst has better anti-poisoning ability. The
metal ion-modified attapulgite and the nano
titanium dioxide are used as a catalyst carrier, so that the catalyst
reaction temperature range is broadened to 160 DEG C-420 DEG C, and in the temperature range, the catalyst is high in
denitrification efficiency, good in stability and good in selectivity, and can be used for various types of
industrial furnace denitrification. By taking attapulgiteas a main material, the cost of production is effectively reduced. The nano
titanium dioxide particles can be packed into gaps of the attapulgite skeleton, thereby enabling the catalyst to be strongin structure stability, uneasy to crack after
calcination at a high temperature and high in
wear resistance.
