The invention relates to a production method of applying talcum powder into medicine powder. The method comprises the following steps: (1) feeding talcum powder of which the particle size is 325 meshes and the moisture content is within 1% into a loading cabin; (2) feeding the talcum powder into a tunnel-type infrared drying and sterilizing channel by a closed automatic feeding machine, wherein the drying and sterilizing temperature is 150-180 DEG C and the time is 30-50 minutes; (3) feeding the dried talcum powder into the talcum powder to apply to a production channel of the medicine powder, wherein the sterilizing time is 30-50 minutes; (4) feeding the dried and sterilized talcum powder into a discharge cabin through a closed conveying pipeline, standing for 12-24 hours, and cooling to room temperature; and (5) feeding the cooled talcum powder into a packing machine through a screw conveyer and packaging into small bags of 25Kg. According to the talcum medicine powder produced by the method, the moisture content is within 0.3%; the bacteria content and the bacteria variety completely conform to various indexes in the national formulary; the capacity is also greatly improved; the production method is suitable for continuous production requirements; a lot of medicine powder preproduction and pre-storage equipment is not needed; the talcum medicine powder can be immediately packaged after being produced; processing and production are completely finished in a closed space; and secondary pollution of the medicine powder is avoided.
