bronze powder. The preparation method comprises the following steps that aluminum
bronze prealloy raw materials are put in a
graphite crucible of a medium-frequency
induction furnace, vacuum melting is carried out, and then sphericalaluminum
bronze powder is formed through a gas atomization process; nanometer dispersed phase micro powder is put into pure water, meanwhile, an organosilicone type surface
active agent is added, andafter
ultrasonic dispersion, a
colloidal solution is formed in water through nanophases; the spherical aluminum bronze powder is put into the
colloidal solution, a mixture is sufficiently stirred andput in a
drying oven to be heated and dried; obtained powder is put into a material
mixing tank to be mixed, the powder rubs, and then the spherical dispersion strengthening aluminum bronze powder isobtained. Compared with the prior art, a
coating prepared through the aluminum bronze powder is compact in structure, dispersed phase particles in
nanometer size to submicron size are distributed in the
coating, the sizes of the dispersed phase particles are stable, the dispersed phase particles are evenly distributed in a film layer which is obtained through cold spraying and is of a layer structure, and a particle dispersion strengthening effect is achieved.
