Isolation is effected by endovascularly positioning catheters having occlusion balloons within the arteries or other blood vessels which supply blood to the organ. Similarly, blood flow from the organ back to the patient's circulatory system is blocked by endovascularly positioning one or more catheters carrying occlusion members within the veins or other blood vessels leading from the organ. The therapeutic agent may then be perfused through the organ in either an antegrade or retrograde fashion using the endovascularly positioned catheters while maintaining isolation.

The device works for aneurysms at bifurcations and aneurysms near side-branch arteries. Endovascular aneurysm treatment device and delivery system

The present invention is directed to an intravascular treatment for intracranial aneurysms. The invention consists of a patch stent and, also, a patch stent delivery system allowing one to rotate the stent to align the patch with the neck of the aneurysm. A self-expanding nitinol framework holds the patch in place, a radiopaque agent allows the patch location to be visualized and a pusher tube that is mechanically locked into the unexpanded stent is used to push the stent out of the catheter with rotational and longitudinal control necessary to align the patch with the aneurysm. A self-expanding framework is used to support a patch at the neck of the aneurysm. The patch is designed to reduce the blood circulation in the aneurysm and the stagnant blood will clot or thrombus. The thrombus will stop any current blood leakage into the brain and will dramatically reduce the possibility of future leaks or potentially deadly ruptures. Over time the thrombus will be absorbed and the volume of the aneurysm will shrink reducing pressure on surrounding tissue.

The method comprises the main steps as follows: causing the high-alumina fly ash to react with sodium hydroxide solution; filtering the solution; introducing CO2 to the filtrate for full gelation; cleaning, purifying, drying, grinding and calcining the silica gel after gel filtration to obtain finished white carbon black; adding limestone and a sodium carbonate solution into the filter mass after the reaction and filtration of the high-alumina fly ash and the sodium hydroxide solution; ball grinding the mixture into raw slurry; dissolving out the clinker obtained by baking the raw slurry; subjecting the filtrate to deep desiliconization to obtain sodium aluminate extraction liquid; filtrating the sodium aluminate extraction liquid after subjecting the sodium aluminate extraction liquid to carbon dioxide decomposition; baking the aluminum hydroxide after washing the filter mass to form the aluminum hydroxide product; and extracting the gallium oxide from the carbon dioxide decomposition mother solution and desiliconized solution. The method has the advantages of low material price, simple operating procedures, low investment, low production cost, low energy consumption and less slag.
