The invention discloses a method for preparing a superhydrophobic-antibacterial-
ultraviolet protective
polyester fiber cloth through immersion and
sedimentation. The method comprises inletting
nitrogen into N-
hydroxymethyl acrylamide aqueous solution, increasing the temperature, then adding in swelled
polyester fiber cloth and
benzoyl peroxide benzene solution, stirring and refluxing the mixture for
grafting reaction, extracting and washing reaction products, performing
methanol extraction, and
drying the extracted materials to a constant weight to obtain surface-grafted
polymer-modified
polyester fiber cloth; fully dissolving
chitosan powder in
hydrochloric acid solution, dropwise adding in
sodium hydroxide solution while stirring until reaching a
neutral state, then uniformly blending innanometer compound antibacterial agents, immersing the surface-grafted
polymer-modified polyester fiber cloth, then filtering out
surface moisture and
drying the immersed surface-grafted
polymer-modified polyester fiber cloth to obtain a
chitosan-nanometer compound
antibacterial agent-polyester fiber cloth; mixing
tetrahydrofuran with hexadecyltrimethyoxysilane, then magnetically stirring in
titanium dioxide nanoparticles, adding in polydimethoxysilane, hardening agent and the
chitosan-nanometer compound
antibacterial agent-polyester fiber cloth, and performing stirring and then
drying to obtain the superhydrophobic-antibacterial-
ultraviolet protective polyester fiber cloth.
